Anybody can play a drum!!!

You don’t need to know how to play a musical instrument or have any rhythmical sense to enjoy and gain enormous benefits from these workshops

“Rhythm,” as Gabriel Roth says, “is the mother tongue.” Rhythm is a universal language known to every one, even the youngest child, if we can just ‘remember.’ So in a very objective, yet beautiful way, an interactive rhythm event puts us all on an equal footing with each other and brings us closer together.

A  drumming workshop or series of lessons grow out of a realization that rhythm is a language that can unite the diverse elements of humanity. Rhythm succeeds where words fail. The same principles (of rhythmic entrainment) always apply, even in a culturally non-specific context

Making music through ensemble percussion is the most direct and effective way to energise a group of people, and help them to work together towards a common goal.

Research shows that individuals’ attitudes and teambuilding skills improve immediately after percussion exercises. Creativity is encouraged and stress levels are reduced.

Specific religious references are AVOIDED, so as not to alienate anyone based on religion, but to allow all to experience the liberating forces of rhythmic entrainment.
